Dragon Boat Festival

Jun 20, 2023

Dear valued customers,

We would like to inform you that the upcoming Traditional Chinese Festival - Dragon Boat Festival, also known as

Duanwu Festival, is approaching. This festival is celebrated on the fifth day of the fifth lunar month every year.

To celebrate this special occasion, our company will be closed for a three-day break from June 22 to June 24, 2023.

The Dragon Boat Festival has been a traditional event for thousands of years in China. It is believed to have originated

from the story of Qu Yuan, a famous poet and loyal minister from the state of Chu who drowned himself in the Miluo

River. His loyal followers paddled boats to search for his body and dropped sticky rice wrapped in bamboo leaves into

the river to prevent the fishes from eating his body. Since then, people have been obliged to commemorate this day

with dragon boat racing, eating zongzi (sticky rice wrapped in bamboo leaves), and other traditional activities.

We apologize for any inconvenience this holiday may cause. Please take note of our scheduled closure and kindly plan

ahead if you require any assistance. Our business operations will resume on June 25, 2023.

Thank you for your continuous support and understanding. Wishing you a happy and blessed Duanwu Festival!

Best regards
